Three Supects Arrested for Dog Fighting

On Saturday morning, October 3, 2015, St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriffs Office deputies arrested Bryant Daigre Jr., 27, Brandent Sampson Sr., 36, and Kenon Duhe, 27, all of Garyville for dog fighting. They were arrested at their residences without incident.

Detectives obtained judicial court ordered arrest warrants for the suspects on September 26 after receiving video evidence clearly showing them forcing dogs to engage in illegal dog fighting.

Detectives booked:

Brandent Sampson Sr. with dog fighting, an outstanding attachment, and violation of probation/parole. He remains in custody in lieu of a $5,150 bond. Sampson was arrested sixteen times in St. John the Baptist Parish since July 1998.

       Bryant Daigre Jr. with dog fighting and violation of probation/parole. He remains in custody in lieu of a $5000 bond. 
 

Kenon Duhe with dog fighting, an outstanding attachment, and three fugitive warrants for St. James Parish. He remains in custody in lieu of a $5,150 bond. Duhe was arrested four times in St. John the Baptist Parish since July 2010.
