Property Description: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the STATE of LOUISIANA, PARISH of ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST, in Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeastern District of Louisiana, East the Mississippi River, in CARROLLWOOD SUBDIVISION, being a resubdivision of a portion of the LaPlace Plantation, as shown on plan by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., Surveyors, dated July 2, 1964, revised February 16, 1965, and August 5, 1965, approved by the Police Jury of St. John the Baptist Parish on May 6, 1965 and August 19, 1965, respectively, filed for record in the office of the Clerk of Court for St. John the Baptist Parish, according thereto, said portion of ground is designated as LOT NO. 109, bounded by Concord, Elmwood and Arlington Drives and Carrollwood Avenue; which said Lot No. 109 commences at a distance of 176.42 feet from the corner of Concord and Elmwood Drives and measures thence 60 feet front on Concord Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on a survey by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Surveyors, certified correct by J.M. Krebs on August 2, 1965; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
