Krebs, dated November 30, 1978, recorded in map file no. 18, and being more fully described as follows, to wit: Lot no. 95 bounded by Cinclar Loop, (front and sides) and north Sugar Ridge Road, measures 60.10 feet front on Cinclar Loop, a width in the rear of 60.02 feet, a depth on one side line of 130.65 feet and a depth on the opposite side line of 128.94 feet.
